HE IS SO ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!! What did you use for the eyes?! They look amazing!
I can NEVER draw chibi's, they turn out looking.... weird...

Well the line work is made with a dark pen and the rest is made with pencils (graphite)

As for chibis, I developed these after looking at NTDevont-sama's work, he is a genious O.O
